Sir Richard J Evans argued that Serbia was mostly to blame, because of Serbian nationalism and the desire to expand into a "Greater Serbia."
Though many countries are to blame for the start of World War I, I believe that Austria-Hungary and Germany the countries that should hold the most responsibility. Dr. Annika Mombauer - The Open University, held beliefs that most closely mirrored mine. Austria-Hungary decided on war by themselves, using the assassination of their Archduke and the creation of the Ultimatum as an excuse. However, like Dr. Mombauer stated, Austria-Hungary needed support from their main ally, Germany, to go to war against Serbia. The "blank cheque," or Carte Blanche, issued by the Berlin government only urged Austria-Hungary further to go into war. Without Germany's support, Austria-Hungary would not have dared to attack Serbia. Germany also urged Austria-Hungary to invade Serbia, knowing fully that it would prompt a full out war.

Your arguments were straight to the point and clearly stated. However, I would recommend a summary of your arguments. A brief explanation of why the actions Austria-Hungary took caused World War I, despite other country's involvement. Not just centered around Austria-Hungary and Germany. I am also confused with the added on paragraph at the end about Sir Richard J Evans, since it doesn't seem to support your argument.
